Ingredients
- 250g rolled oats, 150g sugar, 100g very soft butter
- 4 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa, 4 tbsp cold coffee, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ tsp salt
- 100g desiccated coconut for rolling
Preparation
- Whisk oats, sugar, cocoa, and salt.
- Add soft butter, coffee, and vanilla. Knead with hands 3–5 minutes until a uniform sticky paste forms.
- Roll walnut-sized balls, coat in coconut.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour until firm. Serve cold.
